Building

The Student Research Center is housed on the Rosenfelspark campus close to two secondary schools, the Hans Thoma Gymnasium and the Hebel Gymnasium. The building, which is protected as a historic monument, is currently undergoing renovation and will be available for use by the Physics / Nanosciences department in January 2008.

Activities in the area of IT / Robotics are currently taking place at the University of Cooperative Education in Lörrach, Brombacherstr. 3.

An addition scheduled to be completed in 2008 will house the Biology / Chemistry / Life Sciences department. Until the second phase of construction has been completed, all Biology / Chemistry / Life Sciences activities will take place at the Biotechnologisches Gymnasium Waldshut-Tiengen.

Organizers were able to bring Jürgen Moser of the Villa Aichele architect's office, Lörrach, on board for the planning and management of this construction project.
