Applications

Applicants interested in joining the program must go through a selection process. Specifically, this process consists of:

1. A written application including the following information
   • a letter of application detailing why you are interested in phaenovum and the relevant department.
   • a complete curriculum vitae
   • a current, representative school report card
   • a letter of recommendation from your teacher (from the corresponding subject) that confirms your qualifications and social skills
   • possibly references from previous internships at companies and/or extracurricular activities, etc.

2. An invitation to a personal interview (approx. 30 minutes) with the relevant department head and the Managing Director.
3. Possibly evaluation through an Assessment Center.
